Delivery Details


  • Delivery available Monday-Saturday, when order placed by 9am PST. Bouquets should arrive by noon to almost all USA locations. You will receive real-time tracking information with estimated delivery time and a picture of the actual shipped bouquet (bouquets only) when we ship your blooms.  

  • Free shipping included (overnight shipping for bouquets & expedited shipping for all other products, unless otherwise specified).  Additional delivery fee may be incurred on certain delivery days and will be specified at time of delivery date selection.  

  • Shipped in custom gift box using FedEx or USPS, unless otherwise specified. Bouquets are fully designed, carefully and beautifully packaged and hydrated. Blooms arrive vase-ready with included vase.  Super easy for you and your recipient!

  • We recommend that you send the flowers to the address where your recipient will be during the delivery date and time (generally the recipient's work address) or to an address where someone will be present to receive the flowers.  If no one is available at the address, the shipping carrier will use its judgment to decide whether to leave the package at the delivery address or take it back to the local FedEx facility for pick-up or redelivery at a later time.


  • Delivery Monday-Saturday.  One week advance order required.  Shipping is free, except Monday and Sunday deliveries incur additional $20 delivery fee.
  • IMPORTANT:  All products are shipped with a 3rd party carrier (e.g. FedEx).  We guarantee that we will timely ship your fresh product for requested delivery date. However, we are NOT responsible for any delays or damages that may arise after we have released the product to the 3rd party shipping carrier.  Of course, if a problem arises, we will work with you and do what we can to remedy the situation, on a case by case basis.
