Time Sensitive Deliveries or Deliveries Requiring Delivery on a Certain Requested Date:
For any time-sensitive deliveries that require delivery on a specific delivery date and/or require delivery within two weeks from the date of order, we recommend using (or upgrading) to FedEx services.
Please note that FedEx Overnight Shipping services is currently the only shipping service that provides a guaranteed delivery date and therefore is typically the most reliable. However, FedEx may suspend its shipping guarantee at any time and without notice and all orders are subject to FedEx's applied policy and FedEx's determination. All other services and shipping speeds are generally accurate but they are only estimated delivery times. Holiday season shipments may experience longer shipment times or delays.
Fresh Products: We recommend requesting a delivery date that is 2 to 3 business days prior to your event or use date. Although we typically ship for your exact requested delivery date, we reserve the right to ship your fresh product to you at any time during the week of your event or use date for delivery the week of (before) your event or use date. This allows us the flexibility to try to work with or around fresh supply chain logistics, transportation logistics, and/or other logistics that may arise during your week of shipment.
Express Shipping Upgrades Available:
Shipping upgrades to Express 1-Day, 2-Day, and 3-Day are available at checkout for an additional flat fee per service speed for an order.
We recommend that orders are placed in advance, to allow for any shipping delays by shipping carriers and/or general delays occurring nationwide and worldwide with transportation and supply chains.

Almost all of our shipments are arrive timely and/or with minimal reasonable delay. We will ship your order timely but once we have transferred your package to the 3rd party shipping carrier, we have no control of the transit time, delays, damage, or loss, and we are not responsible for any delays, damage, or loss that occur during transit, by inspection agencies, or after delivery. We will not provide a refund, return, or store credit due to delay, damage, or loss by the shipping carrier, inspection agencies, or after delivery. Loss or damage during transit are very rare, but lost, damaged, or significantly delayed packages may be eligible for a claim directly with the shipping carrier. If we proceed with such a claim on your behalf, there will be a $45 administrative fee that will be deducted from any recovered funds.
