Fresh greenery and garlands

• $149.95 minimum: Fresh products and garlands may be mixed to reach the minimum. The qualifying Fresh merchandise subtotal is calculated after product discounts and before tax.
• FedEx 1-Day included: Eligible Fresh orders ship by FedEx 1-Day or an equivalent overnight service at no separate shipping charge unless a product page states otherwise.
• Order cutoff: Fresh eucalyptus and greenery bunches may be ordered by 9:00 AM Pacific for same-day shipment. Fresh garlands must be ordered by 2:00 PM Pacific one business day before shipment.
• Choose dates carefully: We recommend delivery two business days before the event or use date. Available requested-delivery dates are shown in the product or builder calendar.
• Federal holidays: Fresh products do not ship or arrive on observed U.S. federal holidays. Because Fresh orders travel by 1-Day service, the calendar also excludes the delivery day immediately after a holiday when no shipment can leave.
• Custom garlands: The builder offers eligible Tuesday-Saturday delivery dates, subject to holidays, Fresh supply, destination, and carrier availability. Garlands longer than 50 feet are prepared in sections of up to 50 feet for handling and transit.

Dried and preserved florals

The product page's estimated delivery range is the best current guide for an eligible dried or preserved bunch. Business-day estimates exclude weekends and holidays.

• Standard service for general-profile orders is currently shown at checkout as Standard - 5 to 8 Days.
• Express 3-5 day, 2-day, and overnight upgrades may be available at checkout for an additional charge.
• Wholesale customers who need time-sensitive handling should contact us before ordering so we can review inventory, handling time, destination, and available service.

Mixed carts and separate shipments

Fresh products and dried or preserved products may ship from different profiles or on different schedules. Checkout may display separate shipments: the included Fresh overnight method plus the applicable dried, preserved, or bouquet shipping charge.

Preordered, backordered, or later-arriving items may be held so an order can ship together. If you request an earlier partial shipment, an additional shipping charge may apply. Contact us before ordering when split timing is important.

Requested dates, delays, and addresses

• Requested delivery dates are planning requests, not guarantees. Carrier guarantees, when offered, remain subject to that carrier's terms, suspensions, weather, holidays, inspections, and service availability.
• Place time-sensitive orders early and choose an expedited service when available. Holiday and peak-season transit may take longer.
• Customers are responsible for providing a complete, deliverable address. Address corrections, redelivery, rural or special-service destinations, and carrier surcharges may create added costs or delays.
• Inspect deliveries promptly. If a shipment appears lost or damaged in transit, contact us with the order details and clear photos when applicable so we can review the available carrier-claim process.

After a package is transferred to the carrier, transit is controlled by that carrier. If Bloomingful submits a carrier claim on your behalf, a $45 administrative fee may be deducted from recovered funds.
