Dried Flower Care

Dried Vase Life

Long-Lasting: Average 1 to 3 years

100% Water-Less!

·         Dried flowers should not be placed in water because this will reduce their vase life.

·         For short-term uses and weddings/events, you may place them in water for a short- term basis only and they will last for your event/wedding. Please note that if the dried stem has been tinted, the tint will likely run into and color the water.

Recommended Care

·         Should be handled with care! Dried flowers are naturally very delicate and will shed.

·         Minimal touching or moving to reduce shedding.

·         Keep away from direct sunlight, direct heat sources, away from extreme temperatures (hot or cold) and high humidity. Dried flowers can be in these conditions but it may reduce its vase life.

Arranging Flowers

·         Dried flowers are naturally very delicate, will shed, and their flowers and stems are fairly rigid (not flexible).  When arranging or placing in your vase, the stems and flowers can be gently pulled apart.

·         Leaves and petals tend to dry in an upward position. If you would like to expose more of the flower, try to gently push down the leaves or gently remove the leaves that may be covering the flower.

Storing for Future Use

·         Dried flowers can be stored for future use.

·         We recommend storing them in a dark, non-humid, but airy atmosphere (preferably, in a vase or bucket).

·         If you are storing them in a box, please check them frequently to make sure they are doing ok!
