SALE PRICING:

• "SALE - 10 ROSES":  This sale pricing is ONLY available for roses delivered SAME week of ordering.  The sale pricing is NOT available for future delivery date requests. Please ask us if you have any questions.

BUNCH SIZES:

• Tinted Roses:  10, 25, 50, 100 roses, and custom larger packages available upon request.

• Natural Roses:  10, 12, 24, 25, 50, 100 roses, and custom larger packages available upon request.

• All bunch size packages may not be available year-round.  Please check actual product listing to see current bunch package sizes.  You can always message us for any custom size requests and we will do our best to accommodate custom requests.

• Stem Height = approximately 20”.  Taller stems are usually available for an additional charge.  Please message us for further details.

VASE LIFE:   

• Expected Vase Life = Average of 7+ days, with proper care and handling.

• Product ships in CLOSED BUD OR SEMI-BUD FORM, so we recommend a delivery date 2 to 3 business days prior to your event or occasion so that your roses have time to fully bloom.

SHIPPING – SHIPPING INCLUDED IN PRICING:

• Shipped direct to you.

• Overnight Shipping included in pricing (for regular weekday deliveries).

DELIVERY DATES:

• Tuesday through Friday

• Saturday delivery may be available for an additional charge. (+$15)

• Delivery typically occurs by noon in most delivery areas.  However, delivery is guaranteed for the day only, and not by a specific time.  We can guarantee morning delivery times, when available, for an additional fee. (+$7)

• When a holiday occurs during the weekday, then delivery is typically not available the next business day and will be pushed back to the second business day following the holiday.  (For example, if Fourth of July falls on a Wednesday, then delivery is not available on Wednesday or Thursday, and the next available delivery day is Friday.)

• Product ships in CLOSED BUD OR SEMI-BUD FORM, so we recommend a delivery date 2 to 3 business days prior to your event or occasion so that your roses have time to fully bloom.

FUTURE DELIVERY DATE REQUESTS:

• Future delivery date requests are available.

• Please include future delivery date request in Notes while placing your order.  (Please also include event or wedding date, if any, in Notes.)

PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIME: 

• Please allow up to 7 FULL BUSINESS DAYS for delivery after submitting your order. 

• However, we try to ship them as soon as they are processed and available.

• Rarely, but occasionally during certain times of the year, the processing time may be longer than 7 business days prior to shipping.  We will let you know if this applies to your order when we receive your order.

• If processing and shipping would result in product being shipped over the weekend, we may postpone your shipment until the following business day to minimize actual time spent in transit.

• Future delivery date requests available.

GIFT MESSAGING & VASES

• Gift messaging MAY be available with your order.

• Vases may be available for an additional charge. (+$15)

• Sometimes we may have to send the gift message and/or vase in a separate shipment.

AVAILABILITY & PRODUCT VARIATION

• Roses are available year-round, based upon availability.

• Product of Mother Nature.  Coloring, shape, and size may vary. Computer monitor resolution may also vary and may affect the coloring as you can see on your computer screen.

• Rarely, but occasionally, substitutions may be necessary.  We will substitute rose color/variety with most comparable color/variety available.  If time and circumstance permits, we will contact you to see if you have a preference with the substitution.  When time or circumstance does not permit or on our own initiative, then we will make the substitution we deem appropriate.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

• This is a perishable product and must be cared for immediately upon delivery. Thus, we recommend/require that someone be present at the time of delivery to sign for the package. (For example, you can request delivery to a daytime business address, etc.)

• No signature at time of initial delivery attempt will void Quality Guarantee.

• Please contact us IMMEDIATELY (WITHIN TWO HOURS) of delivery: (1) by Etsy message, and (2) providing details of your questions or concerns and images of any concerns.
