Wholesale Program - General Information

Minimum Order Value (prior to shipping costs):  None
Standard Shipping + Packaging Costs:  $20 flat rate
Current Processing Time: 1 to 3 full business days but please allow for 5 business days (If you need expedited processing and/or expedited shipping, please reach out and let us know. We can generally accommodate expedited requests.)

Planning Ahead - Future Shipment Black-Out Dates:  During high wedding and holiday season and occasionally throughout the year, our entire team is off-site preparing florals for wedding, events, and installations. During these periods our shipment department is closed for shipment for preserved-dried products (fresh orders are not affected.) Please plan ahead and place orders ahead of time for shipment before our black-out periods. We will update schedule periodically on this page for your reference. (Last updated June 6, 2023)

    • June 5 - June 17 Place orders by Friday, May 31 for shipment before black-out dates. (Orders placed after May 31 will resume shipment the week of June 17.)

-------------------- SHIPPING --------------------

Our wholesale and retail shipping, packaging, and handling costs are delineated differently and charged differently and/or factored into product pricing differently. 

 

Standard Ground Shipping

  • Lower 48 States (Alaska + Hawaii + International - see below)
  • Est. 4 to 7 business days (West Coast deliveries may arrive sooner)

 

Expedited Shipping

  • 1-Day, 2-Day, and 3-Day Upgrades available for additional fee.
  • (Generally, 2-day 3-day shipping upgrades are reasonable. 1-day shipping upgrade is generally quite costly).
  • To upgrade to expedited shipping, please Direct Chat us or email us at wholesale@bloomingful.com so that we can provide the shipping upgrade quote. (The shipping upgrades available at checkout do not apply for wholesale orders.)

 

Deliveries to a USPS Post Office Location

  • There is generally (but not always) an additional shipping charge due to the generally higher USPS shipping costs for bulkier packages. UPS and FedEx do not deliver to USPS Post Office locations.
  • The website will not automatically add this USPS surcharge for wholesale orders. You can reach out to us before placing your order for an estimated shipping quote or we will reach out once your order is placed if there are additional shipping costs associated with a USPS Post Office delivery. To avoid this, we recommend having orders delivered to a residence/business with a street address, but we understand that this is not always possible. 

 

Alaska + Hawaii Deliveries

  • Generally we can ship to Alaska and Hawaii. There is usually (not always) an additional shipping charge for standard shipping and/or a longer estimated delivery time.
  • You can reach out to us before placing your order for an estimated shipping quote OR we will reach out once your order is placed if there are additional shipping costs associated with the order.
  • Hawaii Agriculture Department:  Most of our products can ship to Hawaii, but the Hawaiian Agricultural Department is rather strict and somewhat unpredictable. It is the purchaser's responsibility to make sure that Hawaii permits any purchased products into the state.

 

International Deliveries

  • We can ship to some international locations. There will be additional shipping charges and longer estimated delivery times associated with international deliveries.
  • Please reach out to us prior to placing each order for an estimated shipping quote OR we will reach out to you once an order is placed with the additional shipping costs required for your order.
  • Customs + Duties:  There will generally be a customs or import tax associated with your order. The customer is responsible for all duties and any other import responsibilities.
  • The customer will be responsible to make sure that your country permits the import of the purchased product.

 

-------------------- TO VIEW WHOLESALE PRICING --------------------

Generally you must enter the product page (not the collections page) to view the wholesale pricing as well as the bulk-tier wholesale pricing. The collections page will generally show the current retail pricing / retail sale price. (We are working on the back-end of our website to make the first tier wholesale pricing available from the collections page, but that feature is not fully configured yet!)

Most products of the same product type (for example, different colors of the same product are almost always the same or very similar pricing). There will be exceptions, but this generality should keep it simple to get a quick idea as to product pricing.

Pricing and shipping costs can change. We try to keep prices as consistent as possible, but price may change between preservation-drying batches and/or at any time due to other factors. Once an order is placed, the pricing and shipping costs are confirmed and will not retroactively change.

There are some products that do not have a reduced wholesale pricing – this is usually because the product has limited availability and/or we do not currently offer it as a wholesale/bulk product at this time. These products are still available on the wholesale portal, but they reflect the retail pricing and/or modified retail pricing.

 

-------------- GENERAL PRODUCT AVAILABILITY + REPLENISHMENTS

We keep both a consistent and dynamically changing product range, to offer stable product/color availability as well as to keep things exciting with new products and/or new color offerings. This means that we almost certainly will regularly replenish the neutral and natural colors and the most popular colors, but once the current batch sells out, we may or may not replenish that particular color in that particular product type immediately, until next season, or not at all. Raw material availability is also unpredictable during these times, so even for the products/colors we regularly replenish, there could be a delay in availability for the next batch. – When a product’s availability is getting low, we provide a notice on the product page with the current inventory count next to the quantity selector or Buy It Now button.

We recommend, particularly for colored products, to order the quantity you want/need when the quantity is available to avoid disappointment in later unavailability, as a product may or may not be replenished during out next replenishment cycle.

 

-------------------- RETURNS, EXCHANGES, CANCELLATIONS --------------------

All purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. That said, if there is a modification or other type of request to your order, please reach out and we may be able to accommodate such requests.

Questions/Concerns/Assistance with Delivery:  If you have any questions or concerns regarding your products, please reach out to us on the day of delivery by email wholesale@bloomingful.com. Please provide us with details of your questions or concerns, as well as images of the full product that you have any questions or concerns, so that we can assist and evaluate as timely and efficiently as possible.

We recommend that if a product is new or unfamiliar or to test out a product, we recommend purchasing a single quantity prior to a multiple-quantity or bulk order of it. We also have a Florist Sampler Box that provides approx. 30 stems of our most popular products and this is a great risk-free way to try many of our product varieties prior to purchasing full-sized bunches.
