PRESERVED + DRIED ORDERS:
Orders Over $99: Free Standard Shipping
Orders Under $99: Flat Rate Standard Shipping of $10
Shipping Upgrades to 1-Day, 2-Day, and 3-Day available at checkout for additional fee.
Processing Times: Generally 1 to 2 business days, but please allow up to 5 business days. Please let us know if products are needed on an expeditious basis or if your event date is within 2 weeks, so that we can try our best to work within your required timeframe. Please include this information in the Notes while placing your order.
Estimated Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time. After your order has been prepared and processed for shipping, the actual standard shipment time is generally 1 to 5 business days, depending on your location.
Delivery Address: Our standard shipping is UPS or FedEx ground or comparable shipping service. Please provide an actual street address (not PO Box). We can ship to PO Boxes but PO Boxes may incur an additional shipping fee.
Preserved-Dried products are long-lasting, but these are still natural products and their integrity can be affected by outdoor and environmental conditions, and so product/shipment should be brought indoors and opened immediately upon arrival.
FRESH ORDERS:
Free Overnight Shipping on All Orders, unless specifically stated on product listing.
Processing Times: We can generally ship as quickly as next business day. Same-Day shipment may be available if order is placed by 8am PST. Advance orders and pre-orders are recommended. We recommend a delivery date that is 2 to 3 business days before your event or use date. Please include your requested delivery date and event/use date in the Notes while placing your order.
Delivery Address: Shipment available only to US mainland (not Hawaii or Alaska) and an actual street address (not PO Box) must be provided as shipment address.
Product must be cared for immediately upon arrival.
