These stems smell amazing! Literally smelled the odor through the box. They came very well protected. Each stems are covered with leaves from top to bottom which is great for size variation; a good amount was also in the bunch. Instructions on maintenance was also very appreciated guys because I was definitely going to put them in a vase full of water before anything lol.

It was nice when it came out of the box, for me the concept was better than reality. It didn't smell strong like I had hoped; but their was a note inside package explaining why that was (seasonality) only wished I had done my due diligence before purchasing.

I paid for my order and after waiting an extended period of time, The seller never responded to me after contacting her twice about the status of my order. Also the eucalyptus leaves arrived humid. They are supposed to be preserved and fully dry.

It was awful. I bought one bunch preserved and another bunch fresh. When I opened the package I noticed right away that the preserved bunch had many brown leaves and smelled very bad. I thought it might get better once kept open but it didn't change at all. It gave me headaches and I had to throw that away. The fresh bunch also had few dried and bad branches. Didn't have any smell at all. I decided to use anyways. But once hung in the shower didn't have any smell but rather developed a bad odor after the shower. I had to throw that away too. I tried contacting the shop/owner (emailed them 2 times) never got any response back. $60 bucks for this is a waste and I will not buy from this shop ever again.

Really disappointed in the quality of this eucalyptus bunch. I caught on a sale because they are higher priced than most and I smelled it very lightly for two days and then it completely had no scent the rest of the time. For the high price point, I was highly disappointed.

Customer service. I have never had such good service. I ordered eucalyptus to use for table runners/center pieces for a baby shower and they were so quick to respond with questions, made sure I got the product on time and provided directions for storage. The center pieces turned out beautiful and I received so many compliments. I will order again.

I was disappointed in how dry the eucalyptus was even though I ordered fresh. I do realize that it is past the season. I just expected a fresher bunch.
After receiving a reply from Bloomingful about this review I was reminded that USPS delayed the delivery. It should have arrived in two days but it took five. That may be why it was dryer than expected.
