How to plan with fresh bayleaf garland
Read the foliage from both sides
Use the full-run and close-up gallery views to compare the narrow, layered leaves. Darker leaf faces and lighter undersides can both show in the finished line, so expect natural tonal movement rather than a flat, uniform green band.
Map the guest-facing view
For a table centerline, railing, arch, mantel, or entry surround, note whether people will see one side or both. Decide the top or face orientation during setup, and keep each run identified by its installation destination and finished length.

Prepare fresh bayleaf garland from arrival to installation
Before delivery, reserve a clean, cool area away from direct sun, heaters, hot vehicles, smoke, ripening fruit, and strong airflow. Make sure the space is large enough to keep the garland supported instead of sharply folded or crushed.
Check and label every run before holding
Open and inspect promptly, confirm the ordered length and variety, photograph any significant issue, and label each separate run by table, mantel, doorway, or installation zone. Keep hooks, ties, and other hardware separate so they cannot press into the layered bayleaf.
Use the fresh garland receiving and storage guide to brief the person accepting delivery and the setup team. Follow the care instructions supplied with the order rather than improvising soaking or refrigeration, and support the full length when moving it from storage to the venue.

Unpack promptly, trim stems, place in clean water, and keep away from heat, direct sun, and drafts. Refresh water regularly for best vase life.

Fresh eucalyptus and greenery bunches may be ordered by 9:00 AM Pacific for same-day shipment. Fresh garlands must be ordered by 2:00 PM Pacific one business day before shipment. Fresh products ship Monday through Friday by FedEx 1-Day shipping, included in pricing, for Tuesday through Saturday delivery.
For events and other date-sensitive use, we generally recommend a Tuesday through Thursday delivery scheduled two business days before your event or use date. Friday and Saturday delivery remain available but are not recommended because they leave less contingency time. Observed U.S. federal holidays and the affected next-day delivery date are unavailable.
