- List each finished piece and mark whether Fresh Olive will establish the outline, connect larger ingredients, or finish smaller gaps.
- Reserve the longest and most branching stems for pieces that need height or reach before cutting shorter sections for close-detail work.
- Scale intact-stem and cut-section needs separately. Use the 7-10 bulk stems per bunch as a planning range, round each design zone to whole bunches, and keep a reserve for natural variation.
