Plan whole stems and cut sections separately
Start with the two jobs a stem can do. Before cutting, sort the 20-28 inch stems you need to keep whole for line, reach, or an outer silhouette. Use the remaining stems for shorter sections and close-up leaf detail. This prevents a long stem reserved for one installation area from being counted again as material for a centerpiece or bouquet.
Build a two-line quantity worksheet. For one representative design, record (1) whole stems used and (2) shorter sections cut from other stems. Multiply each line by the number of matching pieces, then convert the combined stem need into 7-10-stem bunches and round up to whole bunches. Keep any reserve separate so natural variation in size, shape, fullness, color, and seasonal markings is planned rather than treated as identical material.

Fresh eucalyptus and greenery bunches may be ordered by 9:00 AM Pacific for same-day shipment. Fresh garlands must be ordered by 2:00 PM Pacific one business day before shipment. Fresh products ship Monday through Friday by FedEx 1-Day shipping, included in pricing, for Tuesday through Saturday delivery.
For events and other date-sensitive use, we generally recommend a Tuesday through Thursday delivery scheduled two business days before your event or use date. Friday and Saturday delivery remain available but are not recommended because they leave less contingency time. Observed U.S. federal holidays and the affected next-day delivery date are unavailable.
