Our order wasn't completely flawless: one of the bundles came in sad shape, and when they arrived, I sent Victoria a pic and expressed our disappointment. She wrote back within minutes, past midnight, offering options for a resolution. She was sincere, communicative, and clearly cared about her product and customers. Flowers are delicate and perishable, and although that one bundle wasn't up to par, everything else was beautiful. The roses in particular are the most beautiful that I've ever seen. I did so much comparison shopping in my area before I turned to Etsy, and at the end of the day, nothing else would have compared for value:beauty. Five days after they arrived, they're still breathtakingly lovely, and I believe we'll squeeze a few more days out of them still. Recommend, and will be back in the future. :)

I�was very pleased with the silver dollar eucalyptus. Initially I had several questions which the seller very promptly answered. This was my first time ordering fresh flowers/greens online and they were for my daughter's wedding so I had to get it right. The eucalyptus arrived on time, packaged appropriately and were very fresh. There were some leaves that I didn't use due to blemishes but these are plants so I expected that; they were clipped off. The color and size were as pictured. I would and will order from this seller again!

The silver dollar and willow eucalyptus was in awesome condition. The feathered had a lil brown at the tips but Victoria explained that it was natural that some bunches have that with age. My arrangements looked amazing nonetheless. I made the order (wrote a note with it) Saturday, Victoria messaged me Monday morning to ask when the event was, my order was shipped to me that day and I received it Wednesday (east coast). Customer service was on point, I will be ordering from them again in the future and I would highly recommend this vendor to others.

I ordered 5 bunches and had SOOO much. I had a ton of eucalyptus in the bridal bouquet and then I put more in 8 bridesmaids bouquets. I had so much left over, that we used it to decorate 10 tables, the dessert table, and the gift table. It was amazing condition, just be prepared with lots of vases/buckets if you order 5 bunches. you basically get a small tree.

Leaves were awesome, there was no instructions so i just cut them and put them in water till the big day. Worked fine, I found you should change water every 24 hours but we were only two days away so I never changed it and it was fine ?? lots of leaves though!
