Start with where guests will see it. Silver Dollar's round leaves create a broad, visible face. Sort the finished pieces into close, middle, and distance zones before allocating bunches. Reserve fuller leaf faces for tables, bouquets, bars, and signs seen up close; use longer branching stems to establish the outline of ceremony pieces, statement arrangements, and backdrops.
Make a cut-and-allocation plan
- List each finished piece and decide whether it needs whole branching stems for height and outline or smaller side branches for close detail.
- Assign the longest stems to large pieces before cutting branchlets for bouquets, bud vases, place settings, or finishing gaps.
- Label hydrated buckets by production zone and hold one flexible bunch until the large pieces are checked from the audience-facing angle.

Fresh eucalyptus and greenery bunches may be ordered by 9:00 AM Pacific for same-day shipment. Fresh garlands must be ordered by 2:00 PM Pacific one business day before shipment. Fresh products ship Monday through Friday by FedEx 1-Day shipping, included in pricing, for Tuesday through Saturday delivery.
For events and other date-sensitive use, we generally recommend a Tuesday through Thursday delivery scheduled two business days before your event or use date. Friday and Saturday delivery remain available but are not recommended because they leave less contingency time. Observed U.S. federal holidays and the affected next-day delivery date are unavailable.
