Terrible

I ordered this arrangement from 1-800 Flowers. The item I received looked awful and nothing like the picture. I wrote Bloomingful an email, expressing my disappointment and they couldn’t even be bothered to reply or acknowledge my concerns. I included a side by side comparison so they could see what I received versus the picture they advertise online. Awful experience and terrible company who clearly doesn’t value their customers or their feedback. Thank goodness 1-800 Flowers provided better customer service than the vendor they do business with!!!! Shameful.
